I came across Tuenne Leashes by doing a google search. I am a retired Tooling Engineer and not only love really good quality in products, I know good quality when I see it! When I found Nick's Tuenne website and liked what I saw in the very nicely presented pages I clicked on "chat" and asked if it would be possible to receive a leash for an up coming road trip that was about a week and a half out. Nick replied and said yes. Then about 4 days before my planned trip I chatted in again and asked if he thought I would receive my order in time and he replied "It's shipping today & I have upgraded your shipping to priority" I thought wow what great customer service. I received Miss Mazie May's new leash in plenty of time for the trip and I want to share; "The Quality Of This Leash Is 2nd To None! I have been involved with training and competing with dogs for most of my adult life and this Tuenne Leash Is The Nicest, Highest Quality Leash I Have Ever Seen! Oh and his prices for the Quality you get for product & customer service are a Bargain, as I can comfortably say these Tuenne Leashes are nicer than what you could find at double or more than what Nick charges for his.
